We're teaming up with Performance Running Gym for our July Long Run Saturday! Meet us on Saturday, July 28 at their location for an 8am run, featuring 6-, 9- and 12-mile planned distances. As always, we'll connect people by pace and desired distances, and you can choose to run as many miles as you'd like or stick with the preplanned options.

Performance Running will be providing the water stop for this run but feel free to carry a bottle if you need one - July is hot!

As far as routes go, from the gym we will take the greenway to North Cedar Lake Trail. We’ll turn right on Dean Parkway and connect with Isles and head north around the lake. We’ll connect back to the Greenway at Calhoun Parkway and take that west back to the gym which gets us pretty close to 6 miles. Adding on Calhoun and Harriet would provide around 12 miles or just adding one would be around 9.
