Once a month (in addition to our weekly Thursday night 3-mile runs), we get together on a Saturday morning to log longer miles as a group. Because we have runners with various goals and distance-desires, we offer two distances for our Saturday runs: a 5-6 mile route and a 10-12 mile route. If you need to run a different distance for training or just because you want to, you’re still welcome to join us + log the miles you need to!
PLEASE NOTE: THIS PORTION IS BEING RESCHEDULED (BONUS: Following the run, we'll be heading over to Kaitlyn's apartment for Saturday brunch PLUS we'll have a special guest onsite. Dr. Jeremy from Marty Chiropractic & Wellness in Lakeville will be hosting a session specifically designed for WeRunMPLSers. You can expect things like Functional Movement Assessments, foam rolling tips and tricks and more! If you're interested in this part of the morning, show up to one of our Thursday night runs or for the long run to get location information and additional details.)

Things to know:
- We split up into pace groups like we normally do on Thursday nights so everyone feels comfortable. No one runs alone at #WeRunMPLS and all paces are welcome.
- Everyone who runs with us that morning will get discounted coffee afterwards ($2 off Five Watt drinks).
- Wear your #WeRunMPLS gear! We’ll also have shirts and socks for sale if you want to pick anything up.
